"I own a single family rental in Vero Beach FL and last February was told by my property manager that I may have a mold issue in my kitchen and it would need to be gutted. As an absentee landlord in Colorado, this was horrible news. I have done a few remodels in my time, and the thought of having to manage one remotely seemed like a nightmare waiting to happen. Communication was excellent and the work was extremely professional. Additionally, Greg has a lot of experience managing insurance claims and provided some much needed guidance in that area.
Overall, I leaned heavily on Navigate to take the lead and manage the project while I was out of state. At the end of the day, the work was completed quickly, professionally, and the new kitchen looks fantastic.
